Women Arise 2026 – Flourish: Courage to Step Out, Wisdom to Step In.
Super Early Bird Registration: April 23 to 30 2026Individual: $50 per pax (lunch included)
Motherhood is a high calling but it is also a part of our larger vocation.
When our children grow up and move into adulthood, we enter a new season. This liminal space can be unsettling, especially when much of our identity is anchored in motherhood. But transitions are inevitable in life, and we can only flourish when we know how to steward them well.
Join us for this highly interactive workshop to learn how to navigate this transition more purposefully. Together, we will explore the natural transitions of a mother's heart, uncover clues to your larger calling through the roles you already play, and discover how your vocation can unfold in fresh ways.
Through reflection, conversation, and community, you will gain practical tools to step into this next season with renewed vision and clarity about how to co-partner with God in new Kingdom adventures.
Speaker: Ms. Lim Su Ching, Founder, Elevate Life Coaching
Ms. Lim Su Ching’s God-given strength is to encourage and speak into the lives of mothers, equipping them at different stages of their mothering journey. When her two girls were in kindergarten, she co-founded a book club to do just that, and the first sermon she ever preached was on Mother’s Day.
Sometimes obedience means staying.Sometimes it means surrendering.
Life in the Kingdom demands more than determination. It requires discernment. Many believers quietly wrestle with difficult questions: If I walk away, am I failing God? If I keep pushing, am I striving in the flesh? Is this perseverance or pride?
This workshop addresses the tension between holding on and letting go. With biblical insight and spiritual depth, we will explore how to recognise the difference between courageous endurance and grace-filled release and when God may be inviting a strategic shift into a new season.
Without oversimplifying complex decisions, this session will help you cultivate clarity, confidence, and peace in times of transition. Because spiritual maturity is not measured by how long you endure but by how closely you follow.
Sometimes obedience means staying.Sometimes it means surrendering. And sometimes, it means stepping forward into the next thing God is unfolding.

Have you ever visited a country where no one speaks your language?
Even the simplest conversation becomes exhausting. In our closest relationships, the same disconnect can happen. We may express love sincerely yet the other person feels unseen or unloved because we are not speaking their love language.
Many marriages, parent-child relationships, and friendships struggle not from lack of love, but from misaligned communication. When emotional needs remain unmet, hearts slowly drift apart.
Inspired by “The 5 Love Languages”, this practical and engaging workshop introduces the five core ways people give and receive love. Discover your primary love language, learn to recognise the languages of those around you, and gain simple yet powerful tools to strengthen emotional connection.
Come ready to deepen understanding, cultivate empathy, and build relationships that communicate love clearly so your connections don’t just survive, but truly flourish.

When one woman flourishes, she influences many.
The next generation does not flourish by accident. They flourish because someone more matured choose to see them, believe in them, walk with them and ultimately release them into their calling.
Throughout Scripture, we see this sacred pattern of generational transfer: Paul nurturing Timothy, Barnabas advocating for Paul, Elijah casting his mantle upon Elisha, Moses preparing Joshua to lead beyond him, and Jesus forming twelve ordinary men who would transform history. Flourishing is never automatic. It is intentional, relational, and courageous.
In this inspiring and practical workshop, you will explore biblical foundations for mentoring, empowering, and commissioning the next generation whether as mothers, leaders, pastors, professionals, or spiritual mothers. Gain practical insights from speaker’s own life journey on building confidence, cultivating character, and knowing when to step back so others can step forward.
When she raises the next generation to flourish, she multiplies Kingdom impact for generations to come.

Ministry calls us to love deeply but never to lead from emotional depletion.
When emotions go unexamined, they quietly seep into decisions, distort discernment, and blur spiritual clarity. Flourishing leadership requires more than passion; it requires stewardship of the heart.
This insightful workshop explores emotional intelligence for spiritual leaders; the capacity to recognise, understand, and wisely manage your own emotions while discerning the emotional climate of those you serve. Rooted in biblical wisdom on guarding the heart and renewing the mind, we will unpack the difference between healthy boundaries and spiritual suppression.
Why does loving everyone not mean carrying everyone? How do guilt, obligation, and unspoken expectations fuel burnout especially among women leaders?
Through guided reflection and practical tools, you will learn to process emotions without being ruled by them, respond rather than react, and cultivate empathy without over-identifying. Lead anchored in Christ, guided by discernment, and sustained for long-term Kingdom impact.
Speaker: Dr. Susan Comiskey, Dean of Students, Asia Theological Centre, Singapore
Trauma shapes how we see God, ourselves, and the world.
Trauma whether dramatic or subtle leaves deep imprints on the mind, body, and spirit. It shapes how we see God, ourselves, and the world. Yet in Christ, trauma does not have the final word.
This transformative workshop offers a biblically grounded and psychologically informed understanding of trauma, helping to demystify its impact while illuminating pathways to healing. We will explore how emotional wounds affect not only our thoughts and feelings, but also our physical wellbeing; the body truly “keeps the score.” Unless interrupted, cycles of pain quietly multiply.
Drawing from Scripture, including the journey of Elijah, we will examine how God restores weary souls through presence, renewal, and gentle rebuilding. True healing goes beyond insight; it requires Spirit-led renewal of the mind and restoration of our God-given identity.
Through real-life testimonies and practical strategies, participants will gain tools not merely to survive painful experiences but to rediscover strength, wholeness, and the courage to flourish again in Christ.

"When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy." — Psalm 94:19
In a world of uncertainty and relentless demands, anxiety can feel overwhelming. The biblical call to “be anxious for nothing” may seem impossible yet Scripture does not leave us with a command alone; it offers us a Shepherd. God, who designed our minds and bodies, also provides a pathway to the peace that surpasses understanding.
This restorative workshop explores the intersection of biblical truth and emotional wellbeing, guiding you from fear towards a sound and steady mind. Together, we will define anxiety through a compassionate biblical lens, recognising how it affects both heart and body. We will examine the spiritual, environmental, and biological roots of worry, bringing hidden fears into God’s light.
Through Christ-centred spiritual practices and practical calming strategies, you will gain tools to quiet the nervous system, steady your thoughts, and walk confidently in God’s sustaining peace.

Faith was never meant to be confined to Sundays.
It shapes how we live from Monday through Saturday. In this honest and inspiring panel discussion, women from diverse seasons and spheres of influence share how they integrate faith into everyday realities: at home, at work, in leadership, in relationships, and in times of uncertainty.
Moving beyond theory, this conversation explores what it truly means to walk by faith amid family decisions, financial pressures, disappointments, and personal growth. Through authentic stories of struggle, obedience, courage, and quiet perseverance, our panelists reveal how faith anchors identity, informs choices, and steadies the heart in changing circumstances.
This session is not about perfection, but about the rhythm of daily surrender, daily trust, and daily obedience.
Come be encouraged and equipped to live your faith boldly and consistently discovering that walking by faith is not extraordinary, but a faithful choice to follow God, one day at a time.

We have all whispered the words, “I’m sorry.”
Yet sometimes apology alone cannot mend what has been broken within relationships, within trust, or within our own hearts. Regret can linger like a shadow, quietly shaping our identity, draining our confidence, and holding us captive to the past.
This deeply restorative workshop explores the journey beyond remorse into true repentance, reconciliation, and renewal. What does biblical restoration really look like? How do we face guilt without being defined by it? And how can God transform our deepest failures into places of growth and grace?
Through Scripture, guided reflection, and practical tools, you will learn how to process regret honestly, seek forgiveness courageously, and rebuild wisely. Discover how God’s redemptive love does more than cover mistakes—it restores dignity, renews purpose, and empowers flourishing.
Because in Christ, your story is not anchored in failure—but rewritten through restoration and hope.
